Terracotta Single Skin aesthetics Technical Samples

All single skin tiles can be fixed using our vertical tracking system. This uses 50% less rails than a traditional horizontal system, so is far more economic and less labour intensive to install. This system also permits individual tiles to be taken out and easily replaced, even after installation is complete.

Our most widely used system is load bearing and capable of accommodating tile heights of up to 225mm.

This is our strongest, load bearing system, capable of accommodating any size of single skin tile. The adaptive tracking system also incorporates an insert centre profile that can be ral colour coated to match the tiles.

Where build up size is restricted, or where an existing clad building is to be covered, this system should be adopted. It is not load bearing unless supported by a seperate bearing profile like a T-Rail or top hat section.
